Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement addresses violations of the East Wenatchee Municipal Code, City Ordinances, and Building Code including abatement of public nuisances. Nuisances are defined in EWMC Chapter 8.20. The Building Official reviews cases of alleged code violations and seeks compliance through a voluntary correction process.

If you have witnessed any violations listed in the City Municipal Code Chapter 8.20.030, please fill out the Code Violation Form (PDF) and email it to Building Official.
