On March 24, 2020, the Governor issued Proclamation 20-28.7 (Open Public Meeting Act) to among other things, temporarily prohibit in-person public attendance at meetings subject to the OPMA. This proclamation is in effect from March 24, 2020 through midnight August 01, 2020, unless extended beyond that date

Public comments may be submitted to the City Clerk: Email  or U.S. Mail: City of East Wenatchee, City Clerk, 271 9th Street NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. All comments received will be distributed to the Mayor & Council.

A SECOND PUBLIC HEARING for consideration of the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to be included in the Community Development & Housing Consolidated Plan for 2020-2024 and Annual Action Plan for 2020 will be held during the Council Meeting. 

Any member of the public wishing to comment during the public hearing must contact the City Clerk by phone at 509-886-6103 or 509-670-4078 on or before 5:00 p.m. on 8/4/2020, to make arrangements to speak during the live Zoom public hearing.
