The City of East Wenatchee Civil Service Commission is composed of three persons appointed by the Mayor, for a six-year term. The purpose of the commission is to ensure that treatment of civil service applicants and employees is consistent with civil service laws and City rules; by providing competitive tests and certified eligibility lists to the Police Chief of individuals to be hired or promoted. Members are required to attend a monthly meeting.
REQ: U.S. Citizen and a resident of the City of East Wenatchee for at least three years.
