The City of East Wenatchee gives notice that it will receive requests for proposals (RFP): Public Works Video Surveillance and Access Control System.

Deadline

A Proposal must be filed with the City Clerk before 4:00pm on September 29, 2023. The City will not consider Proposals submitted after the due date. Anyone submitting a proposal accepts all risks of late delivery of mailed submittals regardless of fault.

Brief Description

The City is seeking proposals to upgrade the existing Genetec server and add additional video surveillance cameras & access control hardware. The proposed cameras and building access controls will be for a new public works building located at 277 9th Street in East Wenatchee, WA. Upon request, the City Clerk will email a copy of the information packet.

Submission

All proposals shall be sent via mail, in electronic format, or sent via electronic mail to the City of East Wenatchee no later than 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time on September 29, 2023 per the instructions in the Request for Proposal.
